Both women are breast cancer survivors. Sessions
include gentle, mindful stretching and supported restorative
poses that invite your body to open, relax, and heal. Each
session will be modified to meet the needs of participants as
determined by pre-registration interviews. Dialogue with other
cancer survivors will be a part of our time together.
Held the second Sunday of each month.
Fee is Donation only - suggested $10. ​
