A cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, but we are here to inspire and help you in your journey.
A great resource in our area that provides an online guide of resources is the North of Boston Cancer Resource. Their guide provides easy access to complementary therapies and programs, specifically designed to help people with cancer survive and thrive through diagnosis, treatment, and beyond. They maintain a great list of other support organizations and also host a monthly speaker series.

Warrior Chats - iHosted by TWP- Conversation and connection for survivors and caregivers. Hosted the second Thursday of every month. Whether you are newly diagnosed, facing recurrence, or surviving/thriving for years you are welcome to join us. See our events page for more details.
Warrior Yoga - Hosted by TWP - Join us for a restorative yoga class for relaxation and a reset. Poses are gentle and provide release. Hosted on the second Sunday of every month. Modifications given. See our events page for more details.
Newburyport YWCA Encore Program
Designed specifically for those who have experienced cancer at any time in their lives. Incorporating gentle exercises, relaxation techniques, information, and access to peer group support, it is safe, fun, and therapeutic.
Camp Kesem
A nationwide community driven by passionate college student leaders, supporting children through and beyond their parent's cancer. There are many chapters in our area.
Cleaning for a Reason
Cleaning for a Reason provides free home cleaning to patients battling cancer. When cancer makes life at home difficult, our trusted network of residential cleaners, cleaning industry volunteers, and community volunteers come together to support cancer patients and their families.
On Belay
Non-profit group builds community among youth who have or have had a family member with cancer using adventure-based programs that encourage participants to uncover their inner resilience. Ages 8-18.
Joe Andruzzi Foundation
Providing help, hope, and a reason to smile, for New England cancer patients and their families by contributing financial support when it is needed most.u

Betty J. Borry Breast Cancer Retreats
At Betty J. Borry Breast Cancer Retreats, women living after breast cancer move from surviving to thriving. We use challenge-by-choice activities and expressive/healing arts to create a supportive, inclusive, invigorating environment. Participants gain confidence, make new friends, find healing in the outdoors, and discover their own strengths in the recovery process.
Road to Recovery
American Cancer Society Road to Recovery program provides transportation to and from treatment for people with cancer who do not have a ride or cannot drive themselves.
To Show We Care
A micro-nonprofit dedicated to encouraging people affected by
cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by hosting entertainment events and programs.
We invite patients and caregivers in Boston's Metropolitan and North Shore areas to
all-expenses-paid events which include a reception and tickets to a performing arts performance, a movie, or playing games at an arcade.
Ink4Pink
We are on a mission to help breast cancer survivors to feel at home in their bodies with nipple, breast, eyebrow, and scar camouflage tattooing. We provide financial assistance to cover the cost of these life-changing tattoos. We believe that all survivors deserve to feel complete after recovery, regardless of their financial situation.
Boston North Cancer Association
The mission of the Boston North Cancer Association, Inc. is to fund and support special projects for the prevention, research, education and care of cancer to communities north of Boston. They offer a few different scholarships to high school seniors who have a parent with cancer.
