Amesbury Chamber of Commerce hosts Woman Envision
Walking Through Life Retreat - Friday, October 21st
Our own board members and breast cancer survivors Tina and Judy participated in the lunchtime fashion show and Brenda and Megan hosted our welcome table at this full-day, inspiring event. Hosted by the Amesbury Chamber and Women Envision.
IT'S BAAACK!!!!!!!!!!!! Our favorite dinner of the year is back after a very long break due to Covid. Please join us on Sunday, October 23rd at 5 p.m. for an evening filled with friendship, love, great food, and fun! We will have a general raffle opportunity as well as a raffle for a beautiful award-winning handmade quilt made and donated by Linda Lydecker of the Merrimack Valley Quilters Guild.
Proceeds of the evening all go to helping us keep our Survivor Baskets stocked and help to ensure we meet the ever-growing demand for services.

A 200-person workout class?! Yes! Each year, Drive Custom Fit hosts a HUGE outdoor event/class in honor of TWP. The Drive community has always supported us and donated generously. Thank you, Drive - Tony, Jake, Rosalie, Drive staff, Drive member, Salem NH Police, volunteers and those who signed up for this class and donated so generously. What a community!
Come join on Sunday, May 22nd from 10 - 11 a.m. at Drive Custom Fit in Salem NH for relaxation and restoration. Class is complimentary to any cancer survivor and you are also welcome to bring a friend as well. Sending out huge appreciation for our friends at Salon Aniu! They typically do pink hair extensions and a fundraising drive for us each October. Due to Covid, they cannot do that this year, but are donating $1,000 to our cause!!

In Memory of Patty York
In loving memory of Patty York, who recently lost her battle with breast cancer, there is a Cornhole Tournament fundraiser hosted by the York family. Event starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 9th at The Winner's Circle with the Winner's Circle Cornhole Club. Proceeds from this fundraiser are being donated to us. Go have some fun and play some cornhole - all for a great cause.
We dished up some Chili in the Amesbury Fire Chili Cookoff thanks to Craig McPherson and crew for adopting us! The event was a great success and we won 1st place from the judges!! Missed 1st on People's choice by 3 votes. Thank you for coming and supporting.

The Merrimack Valley Quilter's Guild has been very busy making quilts all year and presented them to us at their Annual Quilt show on October 2nd. The unbelievable quilts are labors of love and will be an added as an item in our Survivor Baskets.

Mo's Merry Christmas!
Help us make Christmas a little brighter for a family in the midst of very tough fight with cancer. In light of Covid, we are asking for monetary and/or gift card donations this year. We will then get the family just what they are in need of.
We found such a great family to help this year and they are so deserving of a little joy and magic.
This most amazing family has 3 children:
* A daughter, 13 Years old who loves Bath & Body Works, Fuzzy Socks, PJ Bottoms, nail polish, shopping on Amazon, hoodies, and baking.
* A Son, 15 years with Down Syndrome, he is also non verbal and autistic and has a seizure disorder. He loves Oball Rattles & Balls, Footless Sleepers, Jeans with built in belts, cotton candy, applesauce and board books that make noise.
*A son, 17 Years old who likes Flannel Shirts, gas cards, Amazon Cards, Tractor Supply Cards, Home depot Cards for his fishing and woodworking hobbies.
Again, in light of COVID, instead of purchasing an actual item off of the wish list and getting it to us, we are asking for monetary and/or gift cards and we will get what the family needs. If you would rather get a physical item to us or a specific gift card, please send an email to [email protected]

Spring Fling - Celebrating 10 Years
Come celebrate and support us in helping women affected by cancer. Live music, friends, fun, food, cash bar and silent auction. Event will be held at 35 Water Street in Amesbury.
To our Army of supporters and friends, In light of the recent developments regarding COVID-19, the Tough Warrior Princesses have made the decision to postpone our Spring Fling scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2020. We want to ensure the health and safety of our Army, and this decision was made after much research and discussion. We appreciate your continued support and understanding regarding this matter. Our hope is to reschedule this event when things have settled down, and we can all use a night out. We will be in touch with those who have already purchased tickets. Thank you for all you do to help women affected by cancer. Stay healthy!

2019 Sea Festival of Trees
In conjunction with the North of Boston Cancer Resource, we entered our Tree "Tidings of Comfort and Joy" into the Salisbury, MA Sea Festival of Trees 2019 event. The tree has over $400 worth of "comfort and joy" gift certificates and a gorgeous "Home for the Holidays" quilt crafted by our very own Brenda Haskell. Phat Cats Annual Fall Fundraiser
Come join us for an evening of great food and friends on Tuesday, November 5th from 6 to 9 p.m.. Tickets are $35 each and include buffet style dinner and desserts. A portion of every ticket helps support us!

In memory of our most giving princess, Maurine Turcotte, The Tough Warrior Princesses have an annual tradition of helping a family that has been affected by cancer, which we did again in 2018. Sending out our appreciation to all those who donated to this for us.
In conjunction with the North of Boston Cancer Resource, we entered our Tree of Healing into the Salisbury, MA Sea Festival of Trees 2018 event. Our tree won the 2018 Spirit of Giving award and contained over $1700 worth of gift certificates. We are grateful for the support of our network.
The Tree of Healing is a tribute to all the angels who provide support and comfort to the courageous souls facing a cancer diagnosis. North of Boston Cancer Resource and the Tough Warrior Princesses honor the medical professionals, counselors, caregivers, family members, friends, program leaders, and practitioners of complementary therapies who offer healing for the body, mind, and spirit from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

TWP Annual Fall Fundraiser
Our annual fundraising event at Phat Cats was held on Tuesday, October 16th. The event was a huge success. The evening was filled with friendship, love, great food and fun! Laurie Knapp was recognized as one of our 2018 Princess Volunteers of the Year! Huge thank you to Phat Cats for all of the support they give our organization and thanks to those who came, donated raffle items and continue to support us.

It was a beautiful day for the 27th annual Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk. Thank you to all our donors who supported our team, "Every Step for Emma." We have raised $17,000 and the donations are still coming in. This money goes directly to research facilitated by Dr. Lisa Diller, M.D., Chief Medical Officer, Dana-Farber/Children's Hospital Cancer Center.
