Mo's Merry Christmas!
In honor of the remarkable generosity of Maurine Turcotte, our beloved and giving princess, Tough Warrior Princesses continues the cherished tradition of Mo's Merry Christmas. This annual event is dedicated to supporting a family that has been impacted by cancer, carrying forward Maurine's spirit of selflessness and compassion.
During Maurine's own battle with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer, she exemplified the true meaning of giving by extending a helping hand to a family in need who was also facing the challenges of cancer. Inspired by her extraordinary kindness, we have continued this tradition every year, ensuring that Maurine's memory shines brightly through our actions.
2024 was a success. In 2025, we will be adopting one or two families for Christmas who have been impacted by cancer, have children, and are in financial need. We ensure that not only the children receive what they need and are spoiled, but also that each family member is cared for with special gifts and necessary items.
To make this process more efficient, we prefer to collect monetary donations, which allows us to purchase exactly what each family needs, avoiding duplicates and unnecessary items. This also helps us maintain the families' privacy. If you prefer to purchase and donate an item directly to us, please email us for guidance.
